Customer satisfaction is at the very heart of everything that we do.  Despite our best efforts at pursuing your complete satisfaction, however, things can go wrong.  You should know prior to your purchase about the availability of exchanges and refunds.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days once your purchase has shipped.  Your purchase will be refunded right away if the product has not shipped.  If 30 days have passed since you received your purchased item as reported by the provided tracking number, neither a refund nor exchange is offered.  To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was upon receipt. It must also be in the original packaging.  Refunds for gift cards are not offered.

Please have your proof of purchase available and send notice of your intention to return a product prior to doing so.  Please do not ship any goods to any destination whatsoever for a refund prior to sending notice. 

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, an email will notify you of receipt and whether a refund is approved.  Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and credited automatically to the original method of payment used for the purchase, usually within two business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund within two business days of receipt notification, please

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company since your approved refund may not yet have been posted
  3. Contact your bank to see their processing time is the reason for the delay.

Exchanges
Only defective or damaged products may be exchanged. If you need to exchange a purchased product, please send an email to contactus@igifterz.com so that exchange instructions may be provided.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  The giver will receive the refund, however, if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves.

Return Shipping
Upon approval, return your product to: 3300 Hamilton Mill Rd Suite 102-312, Buford GA 30519, United States.  You will be responsible for paying for return shipping because shipping costs are non-refundable.  The time required for delivery of your exchanged product may vary based on your location, manufacturer's delivery time and more.

Consider including insurance and a tracking number with your return.
